Dementia Friends Learning Session

Most people with memory loss and dementia are undiagnosed and living at home. They're a part of our communities, but do we recognize them? In this 1 hour session, we'll learn a few basics, so we can be better neighbors and friends to people whose dementia journey is many years long. We'll bust some myths about cognitive decline, understand 5 key messages about dementia, and get practical tips for communication and common situations.
