Elder & Dementia Caregiver Support Group North

Join this new north valley support group for elder and dementia caregivers. This new session is in addition to the longstanding support group that meets twice a month in Hamilton. Facilitated by Council on Aging, caregivers come together for valuable peer support, encouragement, and problem solving as loved ones pass into new phases, bringing new challenges.
